It has a built-in bottom. It isn't separate, but built into the suit itself. You don't need to buy a bottom.

I wear a D cup and I got size 14. I do not think it comes in DD. It does have cleavage though.

I am big busted and it still fit great without the DD size. If it worked for me, it should for you as I'm fuller than a DD
