I'm two sizes - perhaps 8 on top and 10ish on bottom. My bottom and thighs are not the same size as my waist. I bought size 8 in 2 clearance suits - neither one fit - and had to give them away. That experience says to me that you likely should buy for your bigger half, which I presume is your bottom. I wouldn't worry about the waist for now. What I'd suggest is that your first Miraclesuit order be a full priced one purchased at size 14. Get one that is rather plain in construction so perhaps it has a little give at the waist. You can always return it. When you know how they fit, you can be more flexible with styling, and then purchasing items that are nonreturnable because they're super-discounted. Good luck!
