Questions & Answers for Miraclesuit D-Cup Solid Captiva Swimsuit

 Question
Are the straps think like on the model or thin like the front & back photos?
The picture of the model shows nice thick straps, yet the detailed photos of the front and back show thin straps. After reading the answers to the questions here, I am completely confused. Please help.

Our apologies for the confusion. The Captiva actually has both! The Captiva in the D line has the thin straps. The Captiva in the DD line has the wider straps. Hope this helps!

The adjustable straps are available in the DD-cup Solid Captiva. If you click on the picture of the back of the suit it will become larger and you will be able to see that the straps are adjustable.

The Captiva is currently not being offered in Misses size, which would be a C-Cup. If you are able to read the style # on the tag inside your suit, if there is a D at the end of the #, that would indicate a D-Cup.

Similar Suits would be a Sanibel or Rialto. You can also shop by Shape Solution at http://bit.ly/6aeeq and select the swimsuit attributes you're most interested in. Our Customer Service team is always happy to help with any questions as well, and are available Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm, EST at 1-866-315-6555. Hope this helps.

 Question
How do we know exactly what size if we can't try the garment on?
Hi
I'm mailing from South Africa. We don't have great quality clothing products at the moment when it comes to size. Sometimes I'm a size 8, sometimes a size 10 - sometimes even a 12 (UK sizes, are USA sizes the same)! So I'm not sure whether I should order a size 8D-cup or 10D-cup. Should I measure myself in inches/cms rather and send details to you?

Most customers have found our sizing charts to be accurate. Understandably, returns will be costly from South Africa due to postage. We'll be happy to review your measurements and make a recommendation. Please measure bust, waist, hip and torso in inches and email service@cyberswim.com . Often customers who are unsure of their size or between sizes, will order both sizes and keep the best fitting suit. Returns are handled promptly upon receipt and you will be notified by email of the refund to your credit card.

Shipping is expensive if you need to exchange the suit for any reason. I've already had to send two suits back because they didn't look or fit very good, so this bathing suit venture has cost me nearly $155 US dollars so far, and I still don't have a suit. With you being out of the U.S., I would not recommend ordering from Cyberswim.

We have forwarded this feedback to the manufacturer and hopefully we will have this size some time in the future. We get similar requests for sizes 4 and 6 in the misses selections.

It is not stitched down but provides the coverage needed and is easily adjusted for more or less coverage.

The underlying garment is stitched down so you do not run the risk of exposing yourself. The overlay of draped fabric has a raw edge finish designed to fold under. This is not stitched down in order to ensure that the fabric drapes correctly.
