I would really go with your regular bra size. If you are a D then pick from the section of swim suits marked "D" or if you are a DD, shop in the section that is specifically for "DD". I've found the sizing charts to be Right ON for everything.

Our Misses' and Women's size Miraclesuits are B/C cup size. Some D-Cup customers have had success in a Misses size, but generally not a fit for DD-Cup. Hope this helps.
