 Question
I have a defibrillator/pacemaker and need a swimsuit that covers my scar on the left side.
Hi,
I have a defibrillator/pacemaker and need a swimsuit that covers my scar on the left side. I also need a size 18. and maybe with a long torso. I'm tall: 5' 8-1/2". I saw a similar suit in TravelSmith's catalogue from Fantasizer #29350 (Fantasizer Convertible Halter suit with Underwire). They also have one with a shoulder strap covering the left side. This is exactly what I'm looking for. BUT, I already have two MiracleSuits and I love them and would love to stay with this manufacturer: 1.-Oceanus and then I bought another one (after I receved my I.C.D.) 2.-that comes up to the neckline...I think it's a jewel neckline. But, I'd like one with more style. Can you help me???

Thanks!!!

Thanks for your question as we haven't had this question before. It is a little difficult to answer too specifically because we don't know if you are an 18 in Misses or Women's. However, the basic guidelines would be the same, and that is you likely need a swimsuit with wide straps and possibly a high neck would work as well. Some recommendations of current styles in size 18 are Jiillian, Pandora and possibly the Sonatina.

In addition, our customer service representatives are on hand Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm, EST, at 1-866-315-6555 and will be happy to help you find the perfect suit. Hope this helps.

how do I know if you have my size in stock
When I select my size the system checks but the size bar disappears, does this mean this particular size is not avaiable.

 Question
Can you help me pick a swimdress?
I am 49 and a size 24. I have trouble with plus size swimsuits because it is assumed that all plus size women are big busted. I am a b/c, but I do need support! I need a swimdress because of my huge thighs. Will any of the ones you have work, with a less than ample bust?

We recommend the Miraclesuit Women's Solid Aurora Swimdress as it minimizes the appearance of thighs and slenderize the hips with its skirted leg cut. Also, you could select any of the Women's swimsuit and pair it with a matching Women's Solid Short Skirt which is usually longer than the swimdresses providing you more coverage at the thighs. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, at this time the manufacturer is not offering the Bandeaus in plus sizes. However, we’ll forward your suggestion to the manufacturer, and perhaps their designers will consider adding this style to the Women's Collection. Thanks for your feedback.

 Question
when will you start carrying more womens styles?
I would like to know why you don't offer bikini tops.or the bandeau tops in women sizes, I am tired of a one piece or a tankini. Some of us would like to see the same suits in the smaller sizes made available in womens sizes, you would be surprised how many other women are thinking the same thing and would purchase those items.

 Question
Can you replace a defective suit?
I have been ordering your products for many years. During the past several years I have noticed shoddy and poor quality of suits. I have one in particular that has worn out (the material thinned in spots) and am going to return as it was rather expensive. I ordered two suits this past season and am greatly dissatisfied with both but the blue one in particular which has not held up and the swim season is practically year round in Texas. YES I have immediately hand washed them upon completion of swim sessions.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will certainly let the appropriate people here at Cyberswim know you would like more cover-ups in Women's sizes. Please note that a Misses size large cover-up will work to sizes up to and including 18W. In addition, we do carry a cover up skirt in Women's sizes. Please click on the following URL:

 Question
Why don't you carry a larger selection of women size coverups?
You have some very pretty coverups, but nothing really in women's sizes. It would be nice to have something flattering with sleeves in a cool, cotton type material.

We suggest that you avoid any suit with a molded cup. Wrap styles would work well. Some examples would be the Oceanus or Captiva.
