A few good suits to minimize back in this size category would be the Rendezvous and the Regatta because the high scoop back gives additioanl coverage. Another good one for "underarm cleavage" is the Captiva, because it has adjustable straps which enable you to adjust the armhole size. Thanks for asking and hope this helps.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, the Kitty Galore swimsuit is not available in size 18DD anymore. As we approach the end of our season, it becomes more difficult to restock an item once the inventory is depleted. There simply are none left to order.
